Open the valve on the brass tube and activate the vacuum pump to create a vacuum of -25~-20 inHg. 5. Close the valve and the vacuum pump. 6. Disconnect the tee fittings and replace them with the coolant filling hose, which should be inserted into the new coolant reservoir. 7. Open the valve, and the pre-mixed coolant will be drawn into the radiator.
